Always verify important details (opening hours, tickets, visas, safety advisories) with official sources before you book or travel.

1. Agreement

By accessing koreatravelforyou.com (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms are provided in English; if translated versions are ever offered, the English text prevails.

2. What the Service is

The Service is a planning tool that uses AI to draft travel itineraries for South Korea, alongside human-written travel guides and articles. It is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a travel agency, booking service, or professional travel advice, and we are not a party to any booking you make on third-party sites.

3. AI-generated content

Itineraries are produced by a large language model and enriched with third-party place and transit data. Despite safeguards, output may be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete.
Prices (flights, hotels, admission, food) are estimates for budgeting only, not offers or quotes.
You are responsible for verifying all information before relying on it.

4. Fair use

The Service is rate-limited so that it remains available for everyone. You agree not to:

circumvent rate limits, or access the underlying APIs by automated means (bots, scrapers, bulk requests);
use the Service to develop a competing dataset or to resell its output as a service;
attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service;
use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Third-party sites and bookings

The Service links to third-party platforms (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, Klook, Kakao Map). Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies. Any booking, payment or dispute is strictly between you and that platform. Some links are affiliate links — see our Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Intellectual property

The Service's design, code, guides and articles are owned by Korea Travel For You or its licensors. You may use itineraries generated for you for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning (print them, share them with your travel companions). 7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KOREA TRAVEL FOR YOU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR TRAVEL DECISIONS, BOOKINGS, MISSED CONNECTIONS, CLOSURES, PRICING DIFFERENCES OR RELIANCE ON SERVICE CONTENT. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, IT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT (IF ANY) YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE, OR TO THE MINIMUM AMOUNT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law — including under mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (e.g., in the EU, Japan, or the Republic of Korea) — or liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time, and features currently offered at no charge may change; any paid features would be clearly indicated as such before you use them. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date; continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be submitted to the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea — except that if you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights and venue protections granted by the laws of your country of residence.
